E-mail update from Rachel at 9.12pm:

Not such a great day today and the roller coaster continues.  A few setbacks – we hope will prove to be minor and just a slowing of pace.  It still stops us in our tracks and we trust tomorrow will be ok.  Matthew’s aunt arrived from NZ and had a chance to say hello, and a few chats had today, as did Di and the kids, as well as Mum and Dad.   He is still on the tube and likely to be for a bit longer.
